Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Independent Insurance Agent to join our team. This is not a high-volume hiring role, we are intentionally selective and focused on individuals who bring a strong background in insurance, sales, or B2B development. This role is designed for professionals who want to build, grow, and maintain a quality book of business while operating with a high degree of independence and support. Who This Opportunity Is For We see this opportunity as a fit for two types of professionals: Experienced Agents & Producers looking to grow a book of business within a well-supported, performance-driven environment Agency Owners or Senior Agents who may be considering a transition and are open to exploring flexible, long-term alignment opportunities Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through consistent, high‑quality service Collaborate with carriers and internal resources to deliver competitive coverage options Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements Qualifications Prior experience in insurance, sales, or B2B business development preferred Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe) Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Proven ability to generate business, manage clients, and drive results Additional performance‑based incentives and bonuses Highly competitive earning potential aligned with production and growth Access to a broad carrier network and product portfolio Operational and marketing support We are focused on long‑term, strategic growth and are open to the right opportunities to expand our footprint.
