We’re looking for a dependable, organized Benefits Specialist to assist members with benefit questions, paperwork, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with benefit questions and requests
• Process forms and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with benefit providers and follow up on issues
• Prepare basic reports and correspondence
• Provide professional service by phone, email, and in person
• Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of member information

Qualifications

• Benefits, insurance, HR, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see tasks through to completion
• Professional judgment and respect for confidentiality
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• Dependable and able to work independently

Pay & Benefits

• $13–$30 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated ability
• Monday–Friday with occasional overtime
• 120-day introductory period
• Following the introductory period:

  • 12.5% employer retirement contribution

  • Paid holidays and PTO
