Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw to find applicable case law. Draft and prepare federal briefs for mass tort and class action cases. Collaborate with a team of attorneys on high-profile litigation matters. Requirements Exceptional research skills with proficiency in Westlaw. Submission of at least two legal writing samples demonstrating research abilities. Entry-level candidates should have moot court, externship, or fellowship experience. Experienced candidates should have prior federal litigation experience or have served as an appellate or federal law clerk. Entry-level candidates must take the state bar before starting; experienced candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the state bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the relevant state. Skills Strong legal research and writing skills.
