We are a small office, so reliability and dependability are a must.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Welcome our patients arriving for their appointment, making them feel comfortable and cared for
- Answer calls and assist with patient questions and concerns
- Schedule appointments and present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims and appeal when needed
- Demonstrate confidence in financial conversations, including requesting and collecting payments
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1-2 years+ of dental front desk experience
- Knowledge in submitting insurance claims
- Familiarity with EagleSoft (preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and assist with clinical assisting and room preparation when needed
- Positive can-do attitude with a focus on patient experience!
