A wellestablished smallanimal practice in San Rafael, California is seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director to lead its clinical team. This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys mentorship, medical leadership, and practicing highquality medicine in a supportive, teamoriented environment.

Role Overview

The Medical Director will provide both clinical care and leadership, helping guide medical standards, support associate veterinarians, and collaborate with practice management to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and client service.

• Supporting and mentoring associate veterinarians

• $180,000–$220,000 base salary (DOE) + production bonus
