Job Summary

Manages Equinix Infomart Facility functions, including but not limited to: security, housekeeping, café operations, parking, and tenant finishes.

Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between departments, contractors, Equinix staff, and tenants on matters relating to the building and its operation.

Office Management

• Reserves and manage meeting rooms

• Orders consumables for office personnel

• Conducts mailroom operations in support of multiple departments.

Facility Management

• Maintains ongoing communication with tenants, owners, property management, and vendors

• Assists Corporate Real Estate team members in the oversight and execution of projects

• Assists Site Managers in developing operating and capital budgets

• Assists in the review of proposed tenant improvements for conformance to owner requirements

• Ensures compliance with applicable codes and regulations as they pertain to facility operations

• Responds to emergencies (i.e., fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and tenant concerns

Vendor Management

• Oversees vendor execution of tenant services such as janitorial, pest control, grounds keeping, cafeteria operations, and parking management, and gym amenity maintenance

• Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors

• Drafts scopes of work and requests for proposal for service contracts

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business management preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dal Dallas : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
