Program Coordinator III - Corporate Relations Manager The Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University is accepting applications for a full‑time Corporate Relations Manager (Program Coordinator III). The incumbent is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with corporate and institutional partners for the purpose of developing quality full‑time, internship and experiential learning opportunities for Huntsman students. This position will report to the Director of External Relations. Applications are being taken immediately. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities The incumbent is responsible for a wide range of stakeholder engagement activities, including but not limited to, the following: Building and maintaining robust relationships with a portfolio of Huntsman Community partners, specifically industry employers and alumni. Securing corporate sponsorships for the Huntsman School to support student learning activities. Assisting with planning and execution of student, alumni and donor events. Systematically engaging corporate and community contacts to expand internship and full‑time career opportunities for our students, build strategic partnerships, and further the mission of the Huntsman School. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in customer relationship management, sales, or fundraising, or equivalent education plus experience. Ability to build relationships and interact comfortably with a wide variety of stakeholders, including executive level contacts, corporate professionals, students, alumni, advisory board members, and internal constituencies. Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate through a variety of means (email, text, phone, video, and face‑to‑face). Proven ability to develop proposals and secure sponsorships, donations, strategic partnerships, and/or commitments. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously. Experience with personal computer and routine office software use, including CRM, project management, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative or Canva tools. Ability to work with limited supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education, career services, employer/alumni/donor relations, or similar. Knowledge of corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, internship, or experiential learning programs. Ability to strategically plan and execute impactful events or meaningful engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
