Pay: $20–$25 per hour + performance bonuses

About the Role

Bon Voyage Aesthetics is looking for a Licensed Esthetician or Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing medical aesthetics clinic in Largo, MD.

In this role, you will perform Neveskin and T-Shape body contouring treatments , conduct consultations, and help clients achieve their aesthetic goals through non-invasive body sculpting technologies such as cryotherapy, thermotherapy, radio frequency, and lymphatic drainage.

This position is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys client consultations, advanced aesthetic treatments, and delivering real results for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultations

• Conduct professional consultations prior to treatments

• Review medical history and identify contraindications

• Assess client goals such as fat reduction, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, or lymphatic drainage

• Explain treatment procedures, expectations, and recommended treatment plans

• Obtain signed consent forms and document treatment plans

Body Contouring Treatments

• Perform Neveskin and T-Shape body contouring treatments

• Use proper techniques for:

  • Fat reduction

  • Skin tightening

  • Lymphatic drainage

  • Body sculpting

  • Cellulite reduction

• Adjust treatment settings based on client needs and comfort

• Monitor client safety and comfort during each session

Treatment Preparation

• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after sessions

• Ensure equipment is functioning properly

• Set up clean linens, supplies, and treatment tools

• Position clients comfortably and explain the treatment process

Client Care & Aftercare

• Provide post-treatment instructions and lifestyle recommendations

• Educate clients on treatment plans and expected results

• Schedule follow-up sessions when appropriate

• Maintain a professional and relaxing spa environment

Documentation & Records

• Document treatment details including:

  • Treatment area

  • Machine settings

  • Session duration

  • Client feedback

• Take and update progress photos when applicable

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Equipment Maintenance

• Clean and disinfect Neveskin and T-Shape equipment after each session

• Properly store handpieces and accessories

• Report equipment issues or malfunctions immediately

• Follow manufacturer maintenance guidelines

Client Experience & Sales Support

• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

• Educate clients on treatment packages and membership options

• Recommend follow-up services when appropriate

• Encourage repeat bookings and client retention

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License (Required)

• Experience in med spa, aesthetics, or body contouring treatments preferred

• Knowledge of Neveskin, radio frequency, cryotherapy, or body sculpting technologies is a plus

• Strong consultation and customer service skills

• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced spa environment
