JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Registered Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery
RN MGR - L&D
Full-Time
Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Labor and Delivery Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- The Manager ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
- The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Full-Time
Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Labor and Delivery Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- 1+ years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) leadership experience within the L&D.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
· Salary Range: Min: $36.43; Mid (10 years of experience): $45.54; Max (15+ years of experience): $51.00
· Sign on: No SOB
· Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
