Our Ambulatory Infusion Suites are designed to deliver complex therapies in a setting that prioritizes safety, comfort, and trust — led by clinicians who bring both expertise and compassion to care.We're looking to connect with Nurse Practitioners who want their work to mean something — advanced practice clinicians who bring clinical excellence, leadership, and purpose to infusion care.As a Nurse Practitioner in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive safe, evidence?based specialty therapies while supporting high clinical standards across care delivery teams.In this role, you'll contribute to work that:Helps patients confidently receive infusion therapies for complex, chronic conditionsStrengthens safety, quality, and regulatory excellence in ambulatory infusion careSupports seamless collaboration between providers, clinical staff, and operationsAdvances a patient?first, clinician?led care model focused on outcomesYour leadership ensures infusion care is not only effective — but reassuring, consistent, and patient?centered.In this role, you will:Develop, implement, and manage infusion plans of care, evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment as neededPerform comprehensive patient assessments, prescribe medications, and oversee infusion administration within scope of practiceProvide direct patient care, including physical exams, interpretation of lab results, and medication managementEducate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies to support adherence, safety, and confidenceCollaborate with RNs, LPNs, and support staff to coordinate clinical care and staffing workflowsOptimize patient scheduling and clinical operations across one or more infusion suite locationsMaintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)Manage medication and supply inventory in alignment with clinical and regulatory standardsEnsure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, credentialing, etc.)Lead quality assurance initiatives, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement effortsMentor, supervise, and support clinical staff development and trainingRespond to patient concerns and medical emergencies within professional scopeSupport multi?site clinical oversight and best?practice alignment as neededYou may be a great fit if you bring:Strong clinical judgment and confidence in infusion?based careA patient?centered approach grounded in safety, education, and empathyProven ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsComfort balancing clinical delivery with operational oversightA proactive mindset focused on quality improvement and best practicesRequired QualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programActive, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practiceActive DEA registration and state controlled?substances licenseNational Provider Identifier (NPI)Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsExperience coordinating patient care and ensuring regulatory compliance in outpatient or infusion settingsStrong IV access skills and knowledge of biologic and specialty medication protocolsExperience using EMRs and supporting workflow optimizationPreferred QualificationsFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certificationThree (3) or more years of experience managing patients on specialty infusion medicationsFive (5) or more years of infusion therapy experience in an Ambulatory Infusion Suite or Clinic environmentYou don't need to check every box — we care just as much about how you lead and care for patients as your years of experience.At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.Here, you'll find:Purpose?driven advanced practice work with real patient impactA patient?first, clinician?led cultureCollaborative teams committed to safety and excellenceOpportunities to lead, mentor, and shape infusion care deliveryA growing organization building something meaningful in specialty careJoin our pipeline of clinical leaders and help shape the future of infusion care — and see what's possible when care comes first.Pay Range/Rate $40 - $60 USDThe physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
