In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy control system code, user interfaces, DSP configurations, and integrated AV solutions used by enterprise clients, educational institutions, and government partners.This position offers a dynamic blend of hands‑on system programming, in‑house testing, and on‑site commissioning. If you enjoy problem‑solving, system logic, and seeing your work come alive in real environments, this is a great opportunity to grow your AV programming career. What You'll DoProgram, test, and deploy control systems on Crestron, AMX, and Extron platformsDesign intuitive and consistent touch panel user interfacesDevelop custom modules, device drivers, and automation logicConfigure and tune DSP platforms (Biamp, QSC, BSS, etc.)Review AV drawings, schematics, and signal flow diagramsPerform in‑house testing and on‑site commissioning, verification, and acceptance testingTroubleshoot integrated AV, control, and network systemsSupport project teams, manufacturers, and clients as neededMaintain programming documentation, standards, and version controlTravel to job sites as requiredQualificationsEducation/ Experience & Technical SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Programming or equivalent professional experience3+ years of Crestron or AMX programming in commercial AV environmentsHands‑on experience with AV control systems, video conferencing, switching hardware, AV‑over‑IP and -DSP setup/calibrationStrong understanding of audio DSP setup, tuning, and calibrationProven ability to troubleshoot complex AV, control, and network issues Required CertificationsHarman Certified Control Professional (CP)Extron GC-ProCrestron and/or AMX programming certificationsPreferred CertificationsCTS or CTS‑DAdvanced Crestron, Extron, or AMX certificationsNetworking certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+)SkillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planPaid vacationAdditional company perksAbout GSTGolden Star Technology Inc.
