Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, professional care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and dedicated to supporting individuals with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record patient histories and vital signs (BP, temperature, heart rate, etc.)
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications, injections, wound care, and assist with basic medical procedures
- Support daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and hygiene
- Collect samples for lab testing
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate charts and communication with healthcare team
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of hospital procedures, medical terminology, and confidentiality standards
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and data entry
