Youth Case Manager - Drop-In Center

Sasha Bruce Youthwork in Washington, DC is seeking a Case Manager to assist with the daily operations of a Drop-In Center for homeless youth age 12-24. You will provide assessments, develop Individualized Case Plans, and support outreach efforts. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of experience working with youth, and strong communication skills.
