Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide (HCA) to join our team at Right at Home Torrance. - Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, reading, and watching TV
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for clients
- Registered as a Home Care Aide by CA DPSS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
