Staff Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacy

Pharmacist OpportunitySoliant is seeking a driven and motivated pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a specialty pharmacy. This is a great opportunity for a newer pharmacist or someone looking to expand their specialty pharmacy experience, with the potential to grow within the company and eventually become a partial owner.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions requiring infused medications.Manage specialty therapies including factor replacement products, emicizumab, and other subcutaneous and IV therapies.Educate patients and families on medication administration, adherence, side effects, and safe medication handling in the home.Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and reimbursement specialists.Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and financial assistance programs.Requirements:Active Tennessee pharmacist license requiredArkansas pharmacist license required or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.Must be willing to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses as needed; multiple licenses are a major plus.CareTend experience is highly preferred, but training is available.Strong work ethic, drive, and desire to learn and grow with the organization.Schedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMVery low-volume specialty pharmacy environmentEmployment Type:Contract to hireStart Date:ASAP preferred – client is focused on finding the right person rather than simply filling the position.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist who wants to build something long-term.
