Delivery Driver - $22/hr, 4-Day Week

Job Description

Job Description

Delivery Driver: $22/hour, 4 days on, 3 days off, van and fuel provided. No CDL required.

Full-time delivery driver role in Durham with a schedule most driving jobs don't offer: four 10-hour days, then three days off. Every week.

Catbyrd Seat Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Durham, NC.

What you get

• $22.00/hour
• 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts, 3 days off every week
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid training from day one
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Upwards child care benefit, so you have help covering daycare, a sitter, or a nanny
• Company van, fuel, uniform, and handheld device provided, so no personal vehicle needed

What you'll do

Deliver packages on local routes across the Triangle: Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas. Routes are GPS-guided and assigned daily. You'll load your van at the station, run your route, and return home.

What you need

• No CDL required. A regular driver's license is all you need
• 21 or older (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, box truck driver, package handler, or DSP driver is a plus, but we train.

How to apply

Apply here on ZipRecruiter. We call the same day, usually within the hour. If it looks like a fit, we book you a seat at a hiring event right on that call. Events run four times a week at our Durham station, and hiring decisions are made in the room.
