Your work will directly support individuals with disabilities and the families who love them. Every campaign, story, event, and communication helps advance a mission that changes lives.
Own the Marketing Function
You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, brand development, content, digital communications, fundraising campaigns, events, and community engagement.
Work Across Multiple Initiatives

- Manage website, social media, email marketing, and digital communications
- Create compelling stories, videos, graphics, and content that inspire engagement
- Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and special events
- Build community awareness and strengthen brand recognition
- Collaborate with leadership and program teams to ensure consistent messaging

We're seeking someone who combines creativity with strategy and can move comfortably between big-picture planning and hands-on execution. Successful candidates will typically have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Three or more years of marketing and communications experience
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to develop clear communications for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, judgment, and ability to adapt messaging and materials for different audiences and markets.
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and website content management
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A collaborative mindset and passion for mission-driven work
- Nonprofit experience is helpful but not required.
Preferred Experience

- Event marketing and promotion
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
