Arbor Associates is partnering with a leading community behavioral health organization to hire dedicated, compassionate clinicians for multiple full-time opportunities throughout Berkshire County. We are currently seeking qualified professionals for the following positions:

• Intake Clinician
• Youth Services Clinician (Group Home Program)
• Crisis Stabilization Unit Clinician

These roles offer the opportunity to work with individuals and families facing mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and crisis-related challenges. Clinicians will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support within a mission-driven environment focused on improving lives and strengthening communities.

Education:

• Master's Degree required (MSW, Counseling, Psychology, or related field)

License/Certification:

• LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW preferred

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required
• Massachusetts licensure preferred:
  • LICSW
  • LCSW
  • LMHC
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, residential treatment, substance use treatment, or community mental health settings preferred
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
