Hair Stylist / Licensed Cosmetologist

What You'll Do As a Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist, you will:

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, color, highlights, treatments, and other salon services • Conduct consultations and recommend services based on each guest's needs • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat visits • Build and maintain a loyal clientele • Recommend professional haircare products and educate guests on at-home care • Stay current with hair trends, cutting techniques, color services, and styling • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment • Work collaboratively with your salon team to achieve individual and salon goals What We're Looking For • Current Cosmetology License or ability to obtain required state licensing • Passion for hair, beauty, and the salon industry • Strong customer service and communication skills • Motivation to build clientele and increase earning potential • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude • Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills • Experienced stylists AND new cosmetology graduates are encouraged to apply Why American Salon Group
