Kids for the Future seeks a Service Technician I in North Kansas City, responsible for daily maintenance operations of an apartment community. Duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining HVAC systems, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have technical training in HVAC, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in all weather conditions.
