Senior Product Designer

The Keller Group is looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and user-centered thinking. Our client is seeking a seasoned UX professional to take on a consultative, client-facing role. In this position, you'll collaborate directly with stakeholders to shape digital products and drive high-quality design outcomes across their organization. You'll have the opportunity to influence everything from high-level client strategy to hands-on design execution—while also mentoring junior designers and championing a strong design culture.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for managing key client relationships and steering design direction
• Lead end-to-end design for complex, user-centered digital products
• Plan and facilitate client workshops that turn challenges into actionable insights
• Drive internal design initiatives that improve process, culture, and quality
• Mentor junior designers and help grow design talent
• Work closely with researchers, developers, and product teams to bring ideas to life

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/product design roles, with leadership or mentorship experience
• Experience and confidence working in a client-facing and consultative role
• Strong portfolio with various + diverse case studies showing process, deliverables, and outcomes
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other core tools
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, visual, and written
• A user-first mindset, paired with a passion for elegant, functional design
• Comfortable working remotely and leading collaborative, cross-functional teams
