Details Operating Room department assignment Day shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 13-week assignment Weekend rotation of 1 in 3 Rotating holiday coverage Possible on-call requirement Requirements Active NY RN license required BLS certification from AHA or RQI required 2 years of recent OR experience required Strong cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular experience required EPIC EMR experience required No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months US Social Security Number required Additional Information Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius are not eligible if located in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties Only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted for flu vaccination; personal or religious declinations are not accepted No blocked scheduling permitted More than 3 call-outs in a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks of the last call-out American Traveler Job ID P-750351.
