Warehouse Operations Manager

Manage end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, order picking, packing, loading, and outbound shipping to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment. Lead, schedule, train, and mentor warehouse associate teams; assign daily shift tasks, monitor work progress, resolve on-site operational issues, and drive team performance to hit daily/weekly productivity and quality targets. Track core warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, picking efficiency, on-time delivery, error rate); identify workflow bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency. Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly inventory audits, maintain precise inventory data in WMS, resolve inventory discrepancies promptly, and ensure full audit compliance. High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is strongly preferred. 2–5 years of US warehouse operation experience, including 1–3 years of formal supervisory experience in e-commerce or high-volume distribution centers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
