Requirements:

• RN licensure: GA or Compact license required
• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Skills in peripheral, PICC, and central line care; arterial line experience noted
• Management of non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy care, and care of ventilated patients
• Proficiency in IV starts/maintenance, blood product administration, and insulin/heparin protocols
• Experience with titration/management of cardiac/vasoactive drips and PCA
• Wound care/Wound VAC, feeding tube care, and chest tube management

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric populations in various units

Monitor and assess patient conditions, document care, and initiate appropriate interventions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management

Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols

Manage care for patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring safety and quality outcomes

Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans

Compliance / Notes:

Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing

All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start

Max time off request: 7 days per contract; no RTO requests allowed post-offer or onsite

Major holidays may require work as per facility rules
