General Warehouse Lumper (Furniture)

Location: Garland, TX 75042 Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift: 4:00 AM 2:30 PM
Overtime required

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Warehouse Lumper position in Garland, TX. This role involves unloading and handling furniture shipments, requiring heavy lifting and physical endurance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload furniture from trucks and containers
Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) consistently throughout the shift
Assist with staging and preparing items for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy furniture (50100 lbs)
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Must be able to work early morning shifts and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience is a plus
