Pet Care Technician

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, and reliable individual to join our team as a Pet Care Technician. The ideal candidate enjoys working with animals, has a pleasant and courteous personality, and can remain positive and upbeat even during times of stress. Experience is not required but is a plus.
Pay rate is $15.50 - $17.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises outside playtime for dog groups of all sizes
Feeds guests at scheduled feeding times
Ensures guests have clean water at all times
Thoroughly cleans all indoor and outdoor areas of our facility to ensure the health of our guests
Interacts directly with clients at check-in and check-out
Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older
Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
Able to work weekends and holidays
Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with co-workers
Highly professional and dependable
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Confidence interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes
