HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a thriving outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Burleson, Texas. Outpatient rehabilitation Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services with professionalism and compassion. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans (PT). Implement evidence-based treatment programs to maximize functional outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and professional practice standards. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical software efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Physical Therapist (PT): Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Current Texas Physical Therapist Candidates awaiting Texas licensure or scheduled to take the licensing exam within the next six months are encouraged to apply. Preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
