Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse Coordinator for a nursing job in Natick, Massachusetts. Job Details Specialty: Clinical Nurse Coordinator Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Staff Responsibilities Assume a leadership role in the overall functioning of the unit under the direction of the director. Provide direct patient care and facilitate an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, patient flow, staffing, resource utilization, and problem solving. Assist the director in monitoring and evaluating staff performance based on established standards of care. Assist staff in applying the nursing process in the management of patients with complex needs. Identify educational needs of the unit staff and collaborate with the Professional Practice Department. Anticipate and solve patient clinical and customer service needs while addressing long‑term solutions. Facilitate communication and collaboration with co‑workers, other disciplines, and other departments to identify customer service needs. Coordinate unit‑based staffing assignments on a shift basis to achieve high‑quality and cost‑effective care. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (Preferred: BSN). 3–5 years of Emergency Department Nursing experience. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
