Perform additional inspections on parts that are sent out for coating and returned from a sister facility to verify dimensional integrity and coating impact.
Manually record quality results and updates on the documentation that travels with each part through the entire production process.

Examine parts and structures for defects, damage, or deviations from specifications during final inspection.
Move parts safely from shipping tables to inspection tables and back as needed to support the inspection and shipping process.

Cross-reference engineering drawings, quality documentation, and customer orders with shipments to verify accuracy and completeness.
Follow quality documentation and work instructions to determine the appropriate inspection tools and methods for each part.
Collaborate with quality engineers and other quality inspectors on a regular basis to resolve quality issues and maintain consistent inspection practices.
Support varying production demands by flexing to different inspection priorities and schedules based on business needs.
Participate in training on the assigned initial shift and demonstrate the ability to work independently before transitioning to another shift as required.
