Responsibilities: Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations Provide product recommendations Teach customers how to use and maintain their devices Deliver a superior customer experience, every time Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems What We Offer: $100,000-$150,000 earning potential Miracle-Ear provides an average base pay of (65K) during training while we help you obtain your license Work-life balance, standard business hours of 8:30am-5:00pm As a new hire, you will attend a 1-week, all expenses paid training in Waco, TX Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, 401K with company match About us: For over 75 years, Miracle-Ear has led the way in innovation and customer service, helping over 50 million people with hearing loss.
