They oversee staff orientation, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory, monitor usage, assist with recalls, backorders, and substitutions. Collaborate with procurement teams and suppliers for timely delivery of supplies and equipment. Handle priority and special-order requests, generate reports, and maintain records. Support staff with prioritization, issue resolution, and emergency requisitions. Conduct inventory management activities and adjust par levels as needed. Participate in recruitment, retention, performance reviews, and staff development. Ensure compliance with policies, document employee concerns, and perform duties to assist workloads. Provide training on policies, procedures, and communication within assigned areas. Participate in annual audits and inventory assessments. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of healthcare or warehouse experience. Knowledge of medical terminology, aseptic techniques, and inventory management. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn relevant information systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
