Human Resources Generalist

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support people operations and HR activities across multiple locations. In this role, you will help deliver a positive employee experience, maintain accurate HR processes, and partner with leaders to support day-to-day workforce needs. Candidate must be a Wyoming resident and ideally local to one of the following areas: Jackson, Evaston, Mountain View, or Rock Springs. Responsibilities Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes in employment status, and offboarding processes. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Partner with managers to support performance management, coaching, and employee relations matters. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and related documentation. Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping review, and data validation as needed. Support compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regional HR requirements. Help coordinate training, engagement initiatives, and other people programs that strengthen culture. Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and assist with audits or internal reviews. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience. Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts within People Operations. Qualifications Wyoming resident; local candidate. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist, people operations, or employee support roles. Working knowledge of employment practices, HR policies, and confidentiality requirements. Experience supporting employees across multiple sites, regions, or jurisdictions is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
