Quality Control Manager Salt Lake City, UT - Onsite Position Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and continuously improve our quality management systems in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and company quality standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement across machining, fabrication, assembly, and inspection operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CNC machining or heavy manufacturing, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and is passionate about building robust quality systems that support operational excellence. Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field preferred. -5+ years of quality leadership experience in precision machining, CNC manufacturing, heavy industrial manufacturing, or fabrication. -Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems (AS9100 experience is a plus). -Experience interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T. -Knowledge of CMM inspection, metrology, and precision measurement equipment. -Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and other quality tools. -Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience required. -ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is a plus. -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
