Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:

• Digitize and organize accounting files and financial records Research and process returned mail while updating records as needed Assist with accounting and administrative catch-up projects Create and organize 2027 SharePoint file structures and documentation Maintain accurate records and support document retention efforts

Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:

• Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support experience Experience with document management and digital file organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint or similar systems Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
