We are looking for a reliable Heavy Duty Cleaner who can work part-time to clean common areas in multi-residential buildings located in Frisco, Texas. The zip code 75034 is provided for your reference.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.) day shift (16 hour per week)

Scope of Work:

• Heavy-duty cleaning duties, including but not limited to: routine deep and touch-up cleaning, hallways, stairways, exterior pool area/courtyard, litter pickup in and around the complex, and community spaces in multi-residential buildings.
• Empty garbage and recycle as required.
• Service garbage rooms and chutes as needed.
• Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate the compactor.
• Maintain all hallways in excellent condition. Sweep and scrub as per schedule.
• Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, and using a leaf blower.
• Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed (e.g., pool chairs).
• Clean office spaces (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Ensure that supplies are adequate in washrooms.
• Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out.

Must-Haves to Be Considered:

• 2+ years of commercial/heavy-duty cleaning experience, preferably in large multi-family apartment complexes.
• Experience in operating sweepers and scrubbers (walk-behind).
• Experience in safely using large trash compactors.
• Ability to drive a golf cart to haul garbage.
• Willingness to work outdoors, lift up to 25 kilos, and work at heights on ladders.
• Availability to work weekends
• Mobile phone with internet access.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Be reliable, professional, on time, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
• Required: Valid driving license.

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
