Competent in reviewing and evaluation of medication orders for appropriate pharmacotherapy in the following age groups of patients: Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric. Demonstrate the ability to communicate with nursing staff and physicians to resolve and prevent drug related problems. QUALIFICATIONS Doctorate of Pharmacy degree plus 1 year post-Phar.D. experienceASHP accredited Residency in pharmacy practice or Doctor of Pharmacy degree at least 5 years of post-Phar.D. experience in job-related pharmacy practice, or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy at least 6 years experience in job-related pharmacy practice at GHSFully licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Georgia or, eligible for full licensure within 120 days through reciprocity or examEqual Opportunity Employer-Minorities/Females/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.
