Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue to assist in diagnosis.
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Ensure proper patient positioning, technique selection, and radiation safety to optimize image quality and minimize exposure.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other imaging staff to determine appropriate exam protocols and ensure accurate patient data.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage image capture and storage, and adhere to PACS workflow and quality control standards.

Requirements
- Ability to operate CT equipment and perform CT imaging in a clinical imaging setting.
- Capability to perform general radiography and fluoroscopy as part of daily duties.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team in a fast-paced imaging environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, radiation protection principles, and adherence to facility policies.
- The role is represented by SEIU; compliance with relevant workforce rules and applicable regulations is expected.
