Role Description This full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role is based in Atlanta, GA, Cartersville, GA. The SLP will work closely with students, educators, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Key responsibilities include developing individualized therapy plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with school staff and caregivers to support student progress. The role focuses on empowering students to achieve their communication goals while meeting educational needs in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications Proficient in Speech Therapy and addressing various Communication Disorders Comprehensive understanding of Language Disorders and Dysphagia Ability to assess, plan, and execute therapy for speech and communication challenges Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with students and stakeholders Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) Current Georgia state licensure or ability to obtain licensure before the start date Experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required Commitment to fostering student progress and creating inclusive learning environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Haynes Therapy Group
