Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Proven ability to implement skilled PTA interventions, therapeutic exercise, and modalities common to post-acute care. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Current CPR certification preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Work Pattern: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
