With offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic and southeastern US, our specialty is interior construction, involving laboratory furniture/equipment and custom woodwork for clients in the Educational, Industrial, Research and Healthcare markets. To learn more about Nycom, please check us out at Nycom is looking for a Specialties Estimator to join our team working in Morrisville, NC. Job Summary: Specialties Estimator Create a cost estimate for Division 10 specialty items for interior construction projects. Create a take-off from architectural plans and specifications. Interact with the sales team to create a complete project price. Communicate with material vendors for pricing and verify quality of coverage. Training Summary: Specialties Estimator Some travel may be required during the initial training period. You will be trained on all applicable software and products. Job Requirements: Specialties Estimator 4 years of experience. 4 year college degree. General computer skills. Dependable Work Ethic. Attention to Detail.
