Bilingual Health Promoter & Community Navigator
LE SUEUR COUNTY
Le Sueur County seeks a bilingual health promoter and family support specialist to improve access to health and human services for Spanish-speaking residents. The role requires outreach, resource navigation, and culturally responsive support across county departments and partners.
