We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team throughout Northern New Jersey . Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations (PTs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, gait, mobility, endurance, and functional independence. Deliver skilled therapy services in patients' homes while promoting improved function and quality of life. Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility strategies, and therapeutic techniques. Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs. Qualifications Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (Required) Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Early Intervention, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a home health setting Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation Position Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem Compensation: $65.00–$80.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule Choose your own hours Monday through Friday Day and evening shifts available Weekend availability optional Service Areas We are actively hiring throughout Northern New Jersey , including: Englewood Piscataway Kenilworth Plainfield Irvington Cases are assigned based on your preferred coverage area.
