Seasonal Packing & Shipping Team Member
Prudent Publishing Company, Inc., established in 1929 and a leading publisher of premium quality greeting cards known as The Gallery Collection, has the following long term seasonal opportunity at our manufacturing facility in Landing, NJ.
Salary: $17/hour
Job Purpose: Proofread customized customer imprints and work orders prior to sending to production. Excellent spelling and grammatical skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Follow established procedures for proofreading orders
- Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding production goals
- Adhere to safety procedures while handling materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
No experience necessary - paid training
Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand and eye coordination is a must
Excellent spelling and grammatical skills are essential
Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
Willingness to work overtime hours including weekends essential
Shift Schedule:
(June September) Monday Thursday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
(October December) Monday Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
