Quality Control Technician

The Quality Control Technician tests materials during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. You'll analyze data, support production, and help maintain accurate records in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality testing on in-process and finished products
• Review and analyze test data
• Help production teams adjust formulas to meet quality standards
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure accurate testing
• Record data and update systems (SAP, reports, batch records)
• Assist with improving testing procedures and training
• Follow safety practices and report hazards
• Support team goals and special projects

What You Need

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Knowledge of lab work, quality control, or testing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good organization and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing lab
• Strong data analysis and time management skills

Work Environment & Schedule

• Combination of lab, office, and warehouse settings

Schedule:

• 2nd shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
• 4 days on / 4 days off
• Overtime as needed
• May require working outside normal hours

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Baxley, GA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00/yr.
