Program Manager, Prior Authorizations

Managing multiple concurrent healthcare implementations, the full-time remote Program Manager, Prior Authorizations will lead post-sales projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day oversight of project deliverables and manage strategic Health Plan implementations Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within the Health Plan Prepare and present implementation materials, including program status updates to C-level stakeholders Required qualifications Experience managing complex implementations and strategic initiatives in the healthcare sector Technical familiarity with X12, FHIR, and prior authorization workflows Proven ability to work with multiple customer levels, from Project Managers to C-Level Executives Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams across technology and business domains Strong track record of independently managing projects and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight
