Looking for a position with a reputable painting and power washing company?
Militello Painting and Powerwashing is seeking an EXPERIENCED POWER WASHING LEAD to lead their crew in cleaning the exteriors of residential and commercial properties, either for stand-alone projects or preparation for our paint crews. We are quickly growing and looking for an individual who is motivated and disciplined enough to grow with us!

Militello Painting and Powerwashing is a painting and power washing company that serves Montgomery and Bucks County, as well as parts of surrounding counties. We strive to provide our clients with the best service from their first call to final walkthrough. QUALIFICATIONS
· Power washing/Soft washing experience is a MUST !
· Know the in’s and out’s of power washing technology, techniques (ie. down streaming, soft washing, etc.) and chemicals used
· Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to work independently on and lead a team on high-volume projects
· Efficiency and effectiveness
· Punctuality and reliability
· A love for serving others
· Professional appearance
· Must be able to safely lift over 60 lbs and carry ladders
COMPENSATION
Competitive starting rate of $19.00/hr with an earning potential of up to $23.00+/hr for top performers based on our performance pay structure
