Join a dynamic healthcare team supporting innovative virtual patient care initiatives! Contract: 3 months (with potential extension) About the Role: As a key member of the care team, you’ll support virtual patient care and remote monitoring programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patient safety, enhancing telehealth services, and collaborating across clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality care.
