We’re currently seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Pathologist to join our Speech & Audiology Department at our Galion location. Position Overview Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP) are responsible for providing appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, plan of care, and therapeutic interventions in the areas of swallowing, cognitive‑linguistic, speech, voice, and language disorders. The SLP will work directly with patients, their families, and collaborate with healthcare providers in providing education, counseling, and facilitation of additional care/intervention as needed. Qualifications Required: Master’s degree from an approved school of speech/language pathology Current State Licensure in Speech Pathology (as Speech Pathologist). BLS certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire. Knowledge of principals and practice of speech pathology. Preferred: Previous experience working as a Speech Pathologist Certificate of competence from the American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association. Why Join the Avita Health System Team?
