Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Shifts Available: All Shifts
Salary: $18–$22.50 /hour (based on experience)

Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enhances the daily lives of our residents.

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance.

• Assist residents with safe transfers and mobility.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment throughout the facility.

• Accurately document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions using appropriate logs and forms.

• Support the nursing team by fostering a warm, respectful, and team-focused atmosphere.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida

• Strong work ethic, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
