You will work directly with customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, document service activity, and help keep customer operations moving. This is not an entry-level technician role. This position is designed for someone who can take ownership of service calls, troubleshoot independently, communicate clearly, and represent WMH professionally in the field.
